These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 9999wen. They apply alongside any specific rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions that may be published separately on the platform. In case of conflict, the more specific rule takes precedence for that particular situation.
To open and use a 9999wen account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
9999wen reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or payment method confirmation. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending review. Verified accounts enjoy faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 9999wen account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the remaining balance may be voided depending on the findings of the investigation.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not allow others to access your account. 9999wen will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately to have it temporarily locked while you reset your credentials.
Any activity carried out through your account — bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, withdrawals requested — is your responsibility whether or not you personally authorised each action. In cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised access, we will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot reverse transactions that have already been processed in good faith.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.
9999wen reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its discretion where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of these terms, or suspicious activity. We will communicate the reason for such action wherever it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your balance within two minutes of confirmation. Raast transfers are near-instant for supported banks. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players equally. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted following full identity verification at management's discretion.

All sports bets — including cricket markets for PSL, T20 internationals, test series, and other fixtures — are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the odds available at the moment of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 9999wen identifies a manifest error in the odds.
A manifest error is defined as an obvious and unintentional mistake in the pricing of an event, such as decimal odds that are clearly inverted or misquoted due to a technical or human error. In such cases, 9999wen reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
All casino games offered on 9999wen — including slots, table games, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Aviator — use certified random number generators or live mechanics provided by our licensed game suppliers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or an active slot spin, the game outcome is determined by the server-side result recorded at the moment of disconnect. 9999wen is not responsible for outcomes resulting from your internet connection or device failure, but will always apply the server-recorded result fairly.
